What to Expect
We have a unique and efficient way of advertising gear here. Nearly all instruments get demos and are featured as instrument of the week. Many times they are recorded by talented and well-known local musicians. Buyers know these are rare instruments, and in the best condition possible, so there is almost no negotiation. We generally move the inventory much quicker that normal brick and mortars this way.
We also expect consignments sometimes come in as...let's say, not perfect. That is all good! We will put on new strings, and perform light setup work (action, measurements etc). If a guitar needs extra bench time, (fret work, cleaning, new parts etc), please note prior to shipping in the consignment contract. We will do major repair work, or just buy damaged gear!
We take trades or we'll just buy it outright! Let us know what you're selling!
These transactions go through our partner, Union Music in Worcester, MA. They have been around for 40 years, and are the best! We wanted a brick and mortar partnership to ensure a stress-free process for all. Many times they will help receive and inspect the gear.
Please know your instrument will be treated with care, given climate control, and insured from the moment we receive it. No offense, but many times our care is better than what you gave it. Usually that's the reason for the sale.
