Refund Policy

Buy With Confidence at Worldpeace Guitars

We know that investing in a high-caliber instrument online can feel like a leap of faith. At Worldpeace Guitars, we’ve designed our process to bridge that gap, giving you access to rare, world-class instruments with total peace of mind. We connect musicians across the globe with their dream instruments every day, and we want your experience to be as seamless as the music you play.

Whether you are eyeing a pre-owned gem or a brand-new masterpiece, our policies ensure your purchase is protected.

Trial Period: In-Stock Stringed Instruments

For instruments purchased online (without an in-person demo), we offer a 72-hour trial period.

  • The Grace Period: You have 72 hours from the moment the instrument arrives to ensure it’s the right fit for your hands and ears.

  • Easy Returns: If it isn't "the one," you may return it for any reason.

  • Your Responsibility: You are only responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

  • Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please note that returns without an RMA# cannot be accepted.

  • Exclusions: All in-shop and international sales are considered final.

Custom Orders & Bespoke Instruments

Custom builds are unique collaborations. These require a non-refundable deposit to begin. Trial Eligibility: Trial periods for custom builds are granted at our discretion, typically based on how closely the specs align with the builder’s standard models. The Re-Sale Process: If a trial is granted and you choose to return the instrument, Worldpeace Guitars will list the item for resale. Your refund will be processed once a new buyer is found. Refund Details: You will receive 100% of the purchase price, minus taxes, duties, shipping, and a 3% administrative fee (if paid via credit card or PayPal). RMA Required: As with all returns, an RMA# is mandatory. All international custom sales are final.

Accessories and Merchandise

We want you to love everything you get from us, from strings to cases.

 

Defective Items: Report defects within 7 days of the invoice date. Once we inspect and confirm the defect, we will provide an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Non-Defective: Returns are handled case-by-case within 7 days. Items must be in original, "as-shipped" condition.

 

Restocking Fee: Items returned in less-than-new condition may incur a 15% restocking fee or be refused.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. All in-shop and international merchandise sales are final.
