Gibson A-50 Mandolin 1949 - Sunburst

This thing has the Vintage Gibson sound you want. Airy…woody, punch up top. You know what I mean.

Anyway, this thing has been down the road and back. Looks like it was on tour…so it’s worn, but for that reason I think it’s in better condition than most this age. Not breaks, splits or repairs are necessary. Pick guard and picking area are worn, the binding around the bass side third fret had a minor repair - but otherwise neck is great, bridge and setup is perfect. The frets are impressive… I looked over and over don’t understand how there is that much life left. Probably leveled recently.
